Terms of use
These terms apply to the site and to the paid files. They are short because the product is simple: a reference, a check and a set of files.
Accuracy
Accuracy
The record is written in our own words from the official ISO record and the published standards named on the Sources page. It is a summary and an interpretation, not the official text. Check any line against the source before you rely on it. Where the public record is silent, the page says so. The planning date is an estimate, not an ISO date. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it and record the correction in the changelog.
Trademarks and copyright
ISO and IEC are the owners of their marks and of the standards. This site is an independent reference. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO or IEC. Clause numbers and titles are used to identify the clause a reader has to find; the standard's text is not reproduced. The site's own text, design and files are copyright The Art of Service Pty Ltd. The EU AI Act is named as a public instrument and is not reproduced.
What the product is not
It is not legal advice, an audit, a certification or a conformity assessment. It does not decide whether a system complies with any law or standard. The draft is guidance, not a certifiable requirement. You are responsible for the requirements you write and the decisions you take.
Paid
Paid products
The kit is a one-off digital product at USD 799. The watch is a monthly subscription at USD 49. Both are sold through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; any VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout where applicable. By buying the kit you ask for immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends when access begins, where the law allows. The kit is released against a paid session. The watch can be cancelled in Stripe. Because the kit is a digital download, it is not refundable once the files are accessed, except where the law requires a refund.
Licence
The kit is licensed to one organisation for internal use. You may copy it within that organisation and include rows in your own documents. You may not resell it, publish it as a product or share it outside the organisation. The free pages may be linked and quoted with attribution.
Changes
The record is updated when the public source changes. The planning date is an estimate and may move. We may correct an error at any time and record the correction in the changelog. We do not promise that the site is uninterrupted.
Law
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and the product is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy. To the extent the law allows us to limit the remedy, we may choose to resupply the files or refund the price paid. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to those rights, we will refund the price within 14 days if the files do not work as described.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits a consumer's right to bring a claim in their own jurisdiction where the law allows it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service Pty Ltd is not liable for a decision you take on the basis of this record. Your certification body, your auditor and the published standard govern your obligations.
