About this record
The Art of Service publishes compliance records that state each requirement in plain English and point to the clause behind it. This one covers a draft ISO guidance document and the two published standards its stated scope builds on.

Gerard Blokdyk, The Art of Service
I write the records, and the site is built and maintained by The Art of Service Pty Ltd in Queensland, Australia. The contact address is support@theartofservice.com.
The company publishes reference products across compliance, risk and management systems. Each product states its own evidence level and refuses to go beyond it.

What this record is built from
The official ISO record of ISO/IEC DTS 25568, which supplies the status, the stage history, the committee, the ICS and the published abstract. It does not supply the draft's clause text.
The published text of ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (38 Annex A controls) and ISO/IEC 23894:2023 (54 units). Each requirement page is our statement of the cited clause, not the instrument verbatim, and every page carries a source link.
Where the draft is silent, the page says "not stated in the text". Where a market's regime is not held in the record, the rules page names the obligation and does not state it.
What it refuses
Three things this product will not do
- It will not invent the draft's clause text, quote it, or present a third party's summary as the standard.
- It will not call the planning estimate a deadline, an ISO date or a regulatory date.
- It will not call a Technical Specification a certificate, or tell an organisation it can be certified against it.
