A record is only useful if you hear the day it changes. The watch emails you the difference between the record you planned around and the record as it stands.
What triggers an email
- A change to the ISO stage or the stage date
- A change to the title, the committee or the ICS
- A recorded date moving, including the planning estimate
- The publication stage, 60.00 or 60.60, being recorded
- A refresh of the requirement record after publication
What it does not do
- It does not send marketing
- It does not add you to another list
- It does not claim a change when nothing moved
- It does not promise a publication date
The refresh script behind it fails loudly on any difference and writes the diff to a file. The email carries that diff.
